愛知県安城市『和泉町』のコーヒーハウスの計画。

TAKUSHI COFFEE HOUSEは、コーヒーを味わうだけでなく、
その背後にある文化や知識を共有する特別な場です。
明るい緋色のコーヒーを引き立てるために、
対照色である水色をメインカウンターに採用しました。
空間全体に柔らかな調和を生み出し、
来店者に視覚的な心地よさと深い印象を与えることを意図しています。

コーヒーハウスとカフェの違い

一般的なカフェが食事やリラックス、会話を楽しむ多目的な空間であるのに対し、
コーヒーハウスはコーヒーそのものに特化し、その本質を深く味わい、学べる場所です。

空間デザインの特徴

建築自体が、波打つ独特な屋根形状と、内部空間に柔らかなカーブを描く構造が特徴です。
これに呼応する形で、カウンターにはわずかな膨らみを持たせ、
空間全体に統一感と調和をもたらしました。
曲線美を活かしたデザインが、視覚的にも触覚的にも心地よい体験を生み出します。

カウンターと席配置の工夫

カウンターは、店主と顧客が対話を楽しみながらコーヒーを学べる距離感で設計されています。さらに、1人席を中心に配置することで、静かにコーヒーを味わいながらリラックスできる場となります。水色を用いたカウンターと椅子が、コーヒーハウス全体の象徴的なアイデンティティを形成し、「青いコーヒーハウス」として記憶に残ることをねらいました。

This complementary color not only creates a sense of balance within the space but also leaves a lasting visual impression, offering guests a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Architectural Flow and Harmony
The architecture of TAKUSHI COFFEE HOUSE is characterized by a gently undulating roof and softly curved interior structures. These fluid lines are echoed in the counter, which has a subtle curvature that contributes to a sense of unity and cohesion throughout the space.The intentional use of curved elements not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also creates a tactile experience that feels natural and soothing.

Counter and Seating Arrangement
The counter is designed to facilitate interaction between the barista and guests, allowing for a more engaging and educational coffee experience.Seating is arranged with an emphasis on individual spaces, offering visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the flavors and aromas of their coffee in a tranquil setting.The light blue counter and seating serve as defining elements of the space, shaping its identity as "the blue coffee house"—a place that lingers in the memory of every guest.
